Sponsorships
Race teams use sponsorship dollars to fund the cost of racing. A teams performance is directly connected to the funding it receives. More money = top tens, top fives or wins! A team sells advertising space on the cars with the sponsor hoping the space will be seen by the public and thus generate more business for the sponsor. The public can see the cars either on television, driving down the road on the side of car haulers, at show car events or any where the car, driver, team should appear. The price paid by a sponsor varies by how much of the car space it uses for advertising. Below is a simple listing of the spots available.
1. How many different spots are available on the car? (same spot, but different sides of the car are equal to one spot) The roof, spoiler and doors are reserved for car identity.
