Additionally, we do nightly database backups for all client sites and have website files stored in a repository for safe keeping in the event a website experiences issues.

All of our website development projects and support requests are backed by a written proposal listing the project deliverables and the associated costs. We don't like surprises on either the client side, or on our end, so we make sure we define the task and agree on the costs associated with them.
